Today, I just want to give you guys an update on where we’re at growth-wise as a company at Scofield Realty. 

What works for us are full-time, dedicated, committed agents. Anyone who’s in real estate knows the stigma realtors get of how easy the job is, but we know it’s not easy. It takes a lot of work. 


Where we’ve had a lot of success is our scholarship program we started about a year and a half ago. We did that by targeting hospitality and service industry professionals when they were looking for new jobs. We still have 65 people in our scholarship program now. Our scholarship program is a 6-week boot camp, but they need to be full-time. They’ll need to have enough money saved to pay dues and enough money saved for 3 months because, as we all know, it takes time to get that pipeline going. 


In the boot camp, we learn within 2 months whether a person will be able to convert. More than 50% of my top 10 agents are less than a year in the business! That’s because they follow the system. 

We have a partnership with Zillow called Zillow Flex, and we’re in the Top 3 with a 93 CSAT score because all of our agents are producers – they know how to convert a lead. 


Scholars take about 4-6 weeks to actually start due to background checks, so those who apply now will get to start next year. And we’re always in need of scholars! And who we’re looking for is an agent who doesn’t want to do their own marketing, is worried about where leads will come from, and just wants to connect with people because that’s what they do best..that’s where Scofield Realty comes in. We have an ISA team that will nurture leads and once converted will push it to you. 


We want our best producers to do what they do best…showing homes! 


I would love to increase our experienced agent and scholarship agent mix. We have integrity we want to uphold at Scofield Realty and we’d love to have as many as we can.
